hay im brett i hear so much about the paranormal i want to find out more because video footage is often proved fake the only way i ca think of is to see it for myself

Hi Brett, thanks for joining VPH, part of the reason i started this group was for the same reason as you and that is trusting other peoples 'evidence' is very hard espeacially with modern technology so i wanted to experience these phenomena, and hopefully catch something  myself.

Yeah, it is so easy to fake footage and photos these days.

Because they can be faked so well, investigators run the risk of commenting positively on such fakes and bringing their reputation into question. I think it's a nasty thing for people to create fakes in the hope of fooling people or groups.

Even worse, for example, would be a TV show faking paranormal events in the hope of boosting ratings. Am i off the subject yet? sorry..
